Bobasaur is back for another Spring Fling! This delicious drink truck joined us last year and they were a huge hit with our Spring Fling attendees. As the weather warms up in April, you will definitely want to add this truck to your list of stops at this year's event!


Bobasaur was founded in March 2023 by a husband-and-wife team passionate about boba tea and... you got it, dinosaurs! They are a mobile boba (try saying that five times fast!) tea business based in Raleigh-Durham, NC serving up handmade milk teas, fruit teas, and lemonades, with boba of course!

We are excited that Frios Gourmet Pops will be joining us for their second Spring Fling, as they were a big hit last year!


Frios Gourmet Pops Raleigh isn't just a popsicle company, they are "Happiness Hustlers" on wheels! As a woman and veteran-owned business, Frios is dedicated to serving smiles from their iconic tie-dye van and mobile freezer carts.

Their hand-poured, gourmet pops are crafted with real ingredients to suit every dietary lifestyle, offering delicious gluten-free, vegan, and dye-free options (plus Pup Pops for the four-legged fans!).


Whether they are rolling up in the van or setting up shop under the tent, they bring the flavor, the fun, and the feel-good vibes to every corner of the Triangle.


Frios was started in a garage years ago with the intention to escape the doldrums of life, now they enjoy getting out in the community and spreading joy! What better way to do that than popsicles?

As the only Triangle Area Food Truck to offer hand sliced Angus Beef Cheesesteaks with your choice of provolone, pimento, American, and Whiz, with all the fixin's, Mr. Cheesesteak steak and chicken Philly sandwiches will be the best you have ever had!

Mr. Cheesesteak Food Truck was established in 2018 with a passion for making Philly Cheesesteaks just right: crunchy on the outside, juicy on the inside. Mr. Cheesesteak brings together the sandwich with melted cheese, sizzling Angus beef, and a toasted roll to hold it all together - simple, delicious and always satisfying.


Mr. Cheesesteak's 100% hand sliced Angus beef has people from all over the Triangle raving and asking for more. You can find the truck all over the Triangle including Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Cary, Morrisville, Fuquay Varina, Wilson, Warrenton, Garner, and more (and that's just this month!) You can also contact them for catering; from private parties to corporate events, Mr. Cheesesteak brings the cheesesteak to YOU! What is on the menu?


  • Classic & Specialty Cheesesteaks

    Angus Beef, Chicken or Veggie; served on an Amoroso roll, with a choice of fresh grilled mushrooms, onions, sweet peppers and/or jalapeño peppers, and a choice of cheeses or kick it up a notch with options like a variety of hot peppers, or pimento cheese with Carolina Gold BBQ to name a few!


  • Chicken Wings

    Order up some wings with house-made medium or hot sauce, Carolina Gold BBQ, Garlic Parm or Lemon Pepper


  • Fries

    Check out the Philly Loaded Fries complete with grilled onions, sweet peppers, & drizzled BBQ sauce or the Chicken Buffalo Fries with Buffalo sauce and Ranch
