...At Spirit Canine Rescue! We're so happy they will be joining us for Spring Fling along with their adoptable dogs! Spirit Canine Rescue is dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation, and responsible placement of abandoned, abused, and neglected dogs of all breeds. Their goal is to create a community where healthy animals are not killed in the shelter, and animals are kept safe, healthy and loved in their homes! Spirit Canine Rescue was founded out of the work from Friends of Alamance County, NC DOGS, a grass-roots organization aimed at improving the plight of dogs in and around Alamance County, NC, and SCR is named after the first rescue dog, "Spirit".
